Unlocking the Energetic Thread: Reiki and Past Life Remembrance

In energy work, we often talk about clearing blocks, finding balance, and aligning with our highest self. But one of the most profound aspects of a deep Reiki practice is how it acts as a bridge across time—softening the veil between who we are now and who we have been before.

Recently, during a quiet period of deep integration, a clear memory of one of my past lives came back to me.
